Clark Cup LLC, located in the Baltimore area, is a highly automated paper cup manufacturer with state-of-the‑art equipment and robotics allowing us to target bringing overseas manufacturing back to the USA. We are quickly growing and expanding operations to service our customer base.

We are looking for an experienced Flexo Printer Specialist.

To be a team player while creating high quality cup stock prints setting up and efficiently running a Flexo Printer and die cutter to convert blanks into prints.

• Operate Flexo printer to produce blank prints according to specification.
• Prepare machines for printing and die cutting.
• Add Ink to the printer, install tooling, mount plates, set print, and make adjustments to the printer as needed.
• Ensure that ink, tooling, and blank prints meet specifications.
• Web paper through the press, and adjust feed and tension controls.
• Make adjustments to manage ink distribution, printer speed, and monitor ink drying time.
• Search for and correct problems.
• Make quick corrections to avoid expensive losses.
• Perform preventive maintenance as directed by amechanic.

• Proven experience as Flexo printer operator or comparable skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving
• A team player with great communication skills
• Physical strength and stamina
