Production Supervisor

Lead from the floor—not behind a desk.

I'm partnering with a growing custom manufacturing organization seeking a hands‑on Production / Operations Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 35 employees in a fast-paced production environment.

This isn't a desk job—it's an opportunity for a true servant leader who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, solving problems in real time, and driving results from the shop floor.

• Lead daily production operations and workflow execution
• Coach and develop production teams while driving accountability for safety, quality, and productivity
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate labor, scheduling, and workflow to meet production deadlines
• Partner closely with Operations leadership to improve plant performance

• 4–8 years of manufacturing, production, or operations supervisory experience
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong coaching and accountability
• Experience in custom manufacturing, fabrication, packaging, print/graphics, woodworking, metal fabrication, exhibits/displays, or other industrial production environments
• Passion for continuous improvement and building high‑performing teams
