CNC Press Brake Technician
We are looking for a CNC Press Brake Technician to produce precision metal components in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment, interpreting production documents, and ensuring finished parts meet quality and dimensional requirements. Candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to safe, accurate work.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical documents, and production work orders.
- Select the appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job.
- Measure and inspect completed parts during and after production to verify quality and accuracy.
- Use measuring tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard shop documentation.
- Basic math skills and experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
