Your Role as a Production Worker

You'll play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our meat products. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will directly contribute to our reputation for outstanding products.

  • Maintain consistent flow of meat products through processing machinery
  • Perform visual inspections of products and packaging for quality control
  • Address quality issues promptly to maintain product standards
  • Facilitate material movement through lifting, pushing, and pulling products
  • Hand-stuff, formulate, and link products using traditional processes
  • Package finished products into pre-formed boxes for distribution
  • Monitor product temperatures to ensure packaging requirements are met
  • Adapt to changing production needs and priorities as required
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Adaptability to changing work conditions and production requirements
  • Military experience welcome
  • Equipment experience:
    Previous industrial lift truck operation experience is valuable but not required - training provided for qualified candidates
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift)
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials up to 50 lbs, with or without assistance
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., reaching, bending, twisting, grasping, and lifting) throughout the shift
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-volume production environment
  • Ability to operate near, around, or in conjunction with heavy machinery and conveyor systems
  • Ability to safely climb stairs, ladders, or platforms as required
  • Ability to reach above shoulder level and below waist level frequently
  • Ability to maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling products and equipment
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including noise, temperature fluctuations, and industrial settings
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection, if needed.
  • Ability to visually inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Ability to respond quickly to machinery alerts or production issues in a safety-sensitive environment
  • Work in temperature-controlled environments that vary by production area (28°F-70°F), with most production maintained at cooler temperatures for food safety
  • Awareness of potential slip hazards due to processing activities and sanitation
  • Must have and wear waterproof steel toe/composite boots
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and follow sanitation protocols
  • Production environment includes typical food processing aromas from RAW AND COOKED meat products
  • Must adapt to various environmental conditions throughout the facility
