We are seeking a dedicated Kitter to join our team, where you will be responsible for assembling kits of test strips, bottles, and other components of pool testing kits. This role involves packaging products, operating basic production tools, and ensuring quality by removing and documenting defective materials. You will monitor material levels and adhere to standard operating procedures. Flexibility to perform additional duties and work extended hours when necessary is also required.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble kits of test strips, bottles, and other components of pool testing kits.
Lift up to 25 lbs as part of the job requirements.
Package products and operate basic production tools.
Remove, separate, document, and report defective materials and products.
Monitor material levels to ensure smooth production.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform additional duties as required and work extended hours when necessary.
Experience in production line work.
General production and manufacturing skills.
Ability to operate basic production tools.
Attention to detail for quality control.
Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with good job tenure.
Experience in manufacturing, bottling, or related fields is beneficial.
Ability to stand all day and lift up to 25 lbs.
Candidates from restaurant and distribution settings with good job tenure will be considered.

Our production environment consists of approximately 90 people, working Monday through Friday, 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Established in 1930 and acquired by an international company, we continue to achieve record sales and production levels each year.
JobType & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD 21226.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
