A prominent manufacturing plant in the Jessup, MD area is seeking a Foam Production Manager. This role requires a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, and understands how a pour line runs. This role involves doing improvements on the line and overseeing line technicians. The position is hands-on, requiring an independent, "get it done safely" attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
This plant manufactures polyeurathane foam.
