Associate Technician 1st Shift Baltimore MD

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at a growing eyeglass manufacturing facility. This is a versatile, hands‑on role where the successful candidate will wear many hats, supporting production, assembly, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer service functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working with both products and people. Precision, accuracy, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.

• Assemble and inspect small eyeglass components with a high level of accuracy.

• Cut, assemble, and package eyewear products according to quality standards.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Process shipping and receiving activities, including inventory handling and order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate records and update information using company computer systems.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting customers as needed.

• Organize materials, supplies, and workstations to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Support multiple departments and assist with special projects as assigned.

• High attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to assemble small components and perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Strong numerical accuracy and recordkeeping skills.

• Punctual with excellent attendance habits.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience.

• Experience in quality control or inspection processes.

• Customer service experience.

• Experience working in environments requiring precision and attention to detail.

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

• Use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain focus on detailed tasks for extended periods.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $16.00 per week
