Purpose of RoleThe Professional Affiliate Marketing role manages the Affiliate program for North America. Key responsibilities include managing relationships, communication, and negotiation of marketing placements between affiliate partners (roughly 100 active sales partners and 200 click‑active partners per month). The position assists in managing the overall affiliate budget within the broader performance marketing budget, works daily with our agency to ensure all marketing deliverables are met, and oversees tasks that keep the affiliate program running smoothly, such as creating and updating POs/billing and reviewing orders for payment quality.

- Organize the overall monthly plan, including partner spend, placements, and budget, and assist in developing and maintaining the monthly affiliate plan.
- Support planning and coordination of campaigns with affiliate partners, scheduling promotions, setting expectations, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners, respond to inquiries, provide updates, and build strong relationships to support campaign execution.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing performance data from affiliate campaigns, prepare reports, and highlight trends or insights to improve program results.
- Help identify and evaluate new affiliate partners, researching opportunities to expand the program and enhance reach or performance.
- Support the monthly billing process, review orders for accuracy, remove cancelled or returned items, and ensure payments to partners are correct and timely.
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience OR Master’s degree without experience OR Typically 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience in Marketing or Advertising.
- Affiliate experience, including experience with affiliate networks.
- Must reside within commuting distance of the Baltimore office.
- Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in‑office per week.

$61,605.61 – $77,007.02 USD – most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. UA is committed to helping teammates succeed and advance in their careers; base salary is only one component of the total rewards package.
