Account Specialist

• Research and recruit affiliates and creators aligned with client brand goals
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, creative briefs, sample requests, and creator guidelines
• Respond to creator inquiries and provide coaching
• Monitor creator performance, sample status, and campaign milestones
• Help build and execute Tik Tok Shop paid media campaigns, including GMV Max campaigns
• Track campaign spend and key metrics and optimize tactics
• Update daily and weekly client performance reports and spreadsheets
• Share structured reporting with clients, including wins, challenges, and proposed adjustments
• Analyze sales and campaign trends and support optimization recommendations
• Participate in campaign planning with internal teams and clients

• Experience in ecommerce or social commerce
• Solid understanding of retail operations and platforms like Tik Tok Shop
• Experience working with affiliates and creators
• Ability to optimize campaigns and product listings
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make actionable recommendations
• Ability to work with clients, creators, affiliates, and internal teams
• Ability to work PST/West Coast hours and some evenings with the China team
• Comfortable taking initiative and owning projects
