Marketing & Promotions Representative

North Crest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Representative
. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional skills in marketing, customer engagement, brand awareness, and client representation in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will represent our clients through face-to-face interactions, educate customers about products and services, and support promotional campaigns designed to increase customer awareness and engagement. No prior marketing or sales experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations.

• Represent client brands, products, and services through professional face-to-face interactions.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns at retail locations and events.
• Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist with customer acquisition and onboarding initiatives.
• Communicate client messaging and promotional information effectively.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve marketing and customer engagement goals.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and promotional activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
