• Oversee a diverse portfolio of marketing projects, ensuring rigorous adherence to established processes and the timely delivery of all key deliverables.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support, deeply analyzing internal workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by strategically allocating your time based on evolving project demands, dedicating increased effort to critical system initiatives during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute significantly to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by upholding operational efficiency and meticulously maintaining project integrity from start to finish.

• Proven experience in project management, specifically within a dynamic marketing context.
• Demonstrated ability to be structured yet adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Capacity to provide robust technical and operational support, coupled with a strong understanding of system tracking and process workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all projects remain on track and within defined scope.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

• Strategic agency project management experience, particularly within B2B media, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and demand generation initiatives.
• Proven track record of effectively directing cross-functional teams (including media, strategy, and analytics specialists) across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Expertise in scoping complex engagements, efficiently resourcing teams, and overseeing end-to-end media trafficking workflows to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery.
• Proficiency with leading Project Management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, and
• Familiarity with Media & ABM Technologies including Google Campaign Manager (CM360), Linked In Campaign Manager, Demandbase, 6sense, Salesforce, and Marketo.
• Strong core competencies in SOW Development, Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning, Media Trafficking Workflows, Cross-Functional Kickoffs, Demand Generation Execution, and Risk Mitigation.
