• Develop digital media strategies that work in tandem with the integrated media plan and overall advertising strategy
• Design, build, and manage SEM campaigns, including account structure, keyword research, bid strategy and management, ad copy, and other core PPC functions
• Create and interpret reports that measure campaign delivery against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Interpret, summarize, and communicate learnings from primary and secondary data to continuously improve ROI on client budgets
• Manage multiple projects with close attention to detail, deadlines, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with media and client services teams while also working independently

• Thorough knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus bid management tools
• Knowledge of advanced interactive targeting technologies
• Experience with third-party ad serving, campaign trafficking, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, along with strong written and verbal communication
• Passion for digital media and a drive to stay current on search marketing trends and best practices
