Overview

The idea for Nosreme, inspired by an early exploration of transcendentalism, is a community space where art is a powerful tool for healing and connection. Based in Baltimore, Nosreme creates opportunities for local creatives, international artists, and community members to engage through public art and cultural exchange—bringing the world to Baltimore and Baltimore to the world. Today, Nosreme hosts a mosaic of events around Baltimore that enable artists to get involved, such as pop-up restaurants with a unique art element and murals.

Tomorrow, we plan to establish a brick-and-mortar location—a creative homebase where resident artists will have access to affordable housing, lead workshops, host community dinners, and engage in storytelling and chess. Through international exchanges and shared experiences, we’ll connect Baltimore to the world and create a vibrant, inclusive future rooted in art and community. Our goal is to establish our location by 2027 with short and long-term housing for 10 residents.

Nosreme Baltimore is a Baltimore-based arts nonprofit building a global pipeline for underserved artists through public art, community-rooted programming, and international exchange. We work at the intersection of arts, culture, place-making, and global connection, with a focus on creating paid opportunities and visibility for local artists.

Nosreme Baltimore is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
, not ecommerce sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to run ads for nonprofits, arts organizations, or mission-driven organizations
, and can translate our mission into clear, high-performing ad campaigns.

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on donor interest and supporter leads, artist interest and applications, and partner and volunteer inquiries.
• Configure and verify conversion tracking for lead forms.
• Write and test ad copy aligned with Nosreme’s mission and voice.
• Conduct keyword and search theme research appropriate for nonprofits.
• Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, conversions, cost per lead).
• Monitor budgets and recommend adjustments.
• Provide clear, concise performance summaries and recommendations.

• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads for lead generation.
• Experience working with nonprofits, arts organizations, or mission-driven organizations (strongly preferred).
• Understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking (forms, thank-you pages, clicks).
• Ability to work with limited budgets efficiently.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is a plus.

• Ads are live, compliant, and optimized for conversions.
• Consistent, high-quality leads (donors, artists, partners).
• Clear understanding of what messaging and audiences perform best.
• Campaigns that improve over time without unnecessary spend.
