Community at Baltimore Mental Health Event

We are seeking dedicated and reliable volunteers to support our upcoming B’more Mindful of Your Mental Health community event in Baltimore, MD. This event is focused on raising awareness, promoting wellness, and bringing the community together to support mental health education and resources.

Volunteers are needed for the following roles:

Assist with arranging tables, chairs, signage, vendor spaces, and overall event layout. Help ensure the event space is organized, welcoming, and ready for attendees and participants.

Check in with vendors throughout the event to ensure they have what they need. Assist with questions, supply needs, and help maintain smooth communication between vendors and event staff.

Help with breaking down the event at the end of the day, including trash removal, organizing leftover materials, and restoring the venue to its original condition.

We are looking for volunteers who are dependable, team-oriented, and willing to support a meaningful community cause. This is a great opportunity to gain event experience while making a positive impact on mental health awareness.
