- Supports BCYF’s participatory grantmaking and grantee engagement work
- Manages a portfolio of approximately 20–25 funded partners
- Provides ongoing monitoring, support, and compliance oversight throughout the grant lifecycle
- Maintains strong relationships with grantees while ensuring program alignment with BCYF expectations
- Conducts site visits and documents observations and recommendations
- Proven track record of performing administrative duties in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment or growing organization
- Awareness of the social dynamics impacting the City and of the historical system of oppression that influences views of the City
- Sensitivity to interacting with citizens of Baltimore
- Ability to navigate the City and engage with community members
Demonstrates expertise in grant management, including compliance oversight and grantee engagement, while fostering strong relationships with community partners. Possesses a deep understanding of social dynamics and historical contexts affecting community interactions in Baltimore.
