The American Connection Corps (ACC) Ameri Corps position with H.O.P.E. Baltimore is a full-time service fellowship designed to strengthen participant engagement and improve access to supportive services during an 11-month term.
You will support intake documentation, conduct 90-day follow-ups to assess progress, and connect participants with employment, housing, healthcare, and other community resources while maintaining confidentiality and following program procedures.
