Development Coordinator - AJC

Position Summary:

The Development Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for s upporting f oundations, ensuring the efficient coordination of foundation activities and governance processes. In this role, the chosen candidate will schedul e and coordinat e meetings, manag e grant administration and consent processes, maintain accurate database records, and organiz e files and documentation. The Development Coordinator will also serve as a key liaison with departments across The Associated to support billing processes, facilitate communication, and coordinate monthly cross-departmental meetings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

  • 1-3 years work related experience
  • Ability to be flexible

  • Ability to work in a diverse group of people
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Salary range is $ 55,000-$60,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience
