Key Responsibilities Program Oversight & Management
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of RRB's Restorative Programs.
- Evaluate and assign Circle Keepers (facilitators) to cases using the MyRJ database, ensuring appropriate matching and follow-up.
- Monitor program cases from intake through closure to ensure quality and consistency.
- Track program metrics, compile data, and produce reports for evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all participant and program data management.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment across all circle-related program activities.
- Conduct facilitator evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate facilitator assignments, scheduling, and communications.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of Circle Keepers.
- Serve as a liaison between facilitators, referral partners, and program staff.
- Identify facilitator development needs and contribute to training design.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with schools, community organizations, and agency partners.
- Represent RRB at community events, professional development sessions, and public engagements.
- Document success stories, outcomes, and community impact for internal and external reporting.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of circle cases and facilitator activities in MyRJ.
- Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate program trends and outcomes.
- Support grant reporting by compiling relevant metrics and success stories.
- Participate with RRB's Grant Writing Committee to identify and match grants to existing or new programs, as applicable.
- Collaborate to define program scope, outcomes, and measurable impact for inclusion in proposals.
- Contribute program insights that strengthen grant applications, sustainability plans, and funding strategies.
- 2-3 years of experience in Restorative Justice OR 5 years of applied experience in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) OR 5 years of applied experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Demonstrated facilitation or adult learning experience.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented (experience with databases such as MyRJ preferred).
- Comfortable evaluating personnel and providing constructive feedback.
- Baltimore-based or within commuting distance.
- Coachable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Deep commitment to restorative justice principles, social equity, and community healing.
- Experience supervising or training facilitators.
- Experience with grant writing, data tracking, or program evaluation.
- Familiarity with Baltimore's community landscape and educational partners.
- The new hire will follow a 30/60/90-day onboarding and performance plan designed to build knowledge, independence, and accountability over the first three months.
- First 30 Days: Focus on learning RRB's restorative model, programs, systems, and internal processes.
- By 60 Days: Independently manage recurring program responsibilities with minimal support.
- By 90 Days: Confidently manage the program calendar, documentation and reporting, facilitator coordination, partnerships, and upcoming programming with limited supervision.
- Schedule: 24 hours per week. Standard schedule is 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Friday. A few mandatory evening programs may require availability until approximately 8:00 PM. Daytime hours may be adjusted during those weeks to maintain the part-time schedule.
- Environment: Hybrid position - a mix of remote administrative work and required in-person participation for staff meetings, program attendance, facilitator evaluations, and other program needs.
