Overview

Talent Consultants is looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff management, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and professional development among nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and professional development among nursing staff.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement clinical best practices and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships with staff, patients, and families.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications in nursing management or specialty areas preferred.
