Talent Consultants is looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff management, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and professional development among nursing staff.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and employee engagement. The Nurse Manager will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement clinical best practices and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements- Current and valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master's degree preferred - A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement principles
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and developing staff
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships with staff, patients, and families
- Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
- BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications in nursing management or specialty areas preferred
