About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Leader to join a high-performing healthcare organization and oversee specialized clinical services within a high-acuity environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a Director, Nurse Manager, or emerging executive leader who is passionate about improving patient outcomes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.
What You’ll DoAs a key clinical leader, you will:
- Provide 24-hour operational and clinical oversight of assigned units
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff and frontline leaders
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Monitor quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and performance outcomes
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery
- Drive process improvement, safety initiatives, and operational efficiency
- Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental performance goals
Required:
- BSN from an accredited nursing program
- 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting
- Strong background in a specialty care area such as:
- Cardiovascular services (VAD/LVAD, ECMO preferred), OR
- Neuroscience / stroke / neuro-telemetry care
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
- Advanced clinical certifications
- Experience leading high-acuity hospital units
- Proven success improving clinical quality and staff engagement
- Leadership role with strong executive visibility
