American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Surgical/Urology/Thoracic IMC unit (Zayed 11 West) position requiring at least 2 years of nursing experience and PCU/IMC background, working night shifts.

• Intermediate Care (IMC) level surgical unit specializing in Surgical, Urology, and Thoracic patients
• Multi-level care environment encompassing adult inpatient acute, telemetry, and intermediate care with continuous vital sign monitoring and some advanced monitoring
• Pre- and post-operative bedside surgical care provided on the unit
• Dysrhythmia management is required as part of daily patient care
• Epic EMR used; prior experience is preferred
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12‑hour shifts)
• Floating required as needed to areas of like skill set within 11 West (IMC and Med/Surg levels)
• Orientation takes place on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month
• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
• Prior travel experience (1–2 assignments) is preferred but not required
• This is a high‑acuity academic medical center environment; strong, well‑qualified candidates are encouraged to apply

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of current RN experience
• PCU/IMC clinical experience required
• Surgical patient care experience required
• Experience at a facility with 500+ beds required
• Dysrhythmia management competency required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration
