Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our school-based health team for the upcoming school year. This is a 10-month position aligned with the academic calendar, with the potential to work PRN hours during the summer if summer school is in session.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services to students in a school-based setting
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare team members to support student wellness
  • Work with students across a variety of age groups and developmental levels
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Education
  • Master's degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland.
  • CDS, DEA, CPR.
Experience
  • One year of experience in the specialty area.
  • Two or more years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Family Medicine or Pediatrics.
  • Must be comfortable working with students across all age groups.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a school-based environment.
