The Registered Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing standards and the nursing process. Acts as a patient advocate. Provides support, information, and direct care. Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self‑care issues. The inventory, distribution, and delivery of medications may be required.

Offers a full range of services, including neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, joint replacement, emergency care, wound care, and comprehensive cancer care. Provides community health services through a network of family medicine and specialty care offices. New technologies continue to define the standard for safer care, faster recoveries, and better outcomes.

Minimum years of experience required. Licensed and currently registered to practice as an RN in the State. Current BLS certification. Must‑have:
Active NIHSS certification or ability to acquire prior to hire; BSN – or agreeable to sign stating they will obtain it within 3 years of hire date; compact RN license; confirmation of interest in Direct Hire; salary expectations.
