Part Time Dispensing Nurse Baltimore, MD

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) is a leading outpatient treatment provider in the Mid-Atlantic region committed to treating individuals impacted by substance use and mental health disorders through compassionate, evidence‑based care.

We are currently searching for an experienced Part Time Dispensing Nurse for our Baltimore, MD location. The role supports the daily monitoring of patient needs and care of all patients at the OTP clinic, working closely with the Nurse Manager, Medical Director, and Clinical Supervisor to ensure high‑quality medical care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule:
  
  Monday 8am‑12pm;
  Wednesday and Friday 6:30am‑2:30pm.
• Perform all duties within regularly scheduled hours.
• Greets each patient to confirm identity and proper medication using two identifiers.
• Ensure medical services comply with federal, state, CARF, and COMAR regulations.
• Manage medication inventory and dispense medication according to protocol.
• Process medical orders and perform physical examinations and medical evaluations on clients as required.
• Conduct recalls in accordance with program protocol.
• Maintain accurate records; submit and file all documentation within 24 hours of the event.
• Collect specimens and submit/process them appropriately.
• Participate in reviews of new, readmission, and transfer clients.
• Provide intervention in crisis situations.
• Assist the Charge Nurse in daily program operation.
• Assess clients for treatment needs and interventions.
• Interact with outside agencies for referrals, dosage verification, and coordination of care; represent the agency professionally in person and over the phone.
• Deliver medication as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude toward patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed in the state of Maryland as an LPN.
• At least 1 year of experience in medication assisted treatment.
• CPR certified within 3 months of hire.
• Will be required to submit to PPD screening or provide record of screening from a previous employer within the past year.
