Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with vascular experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a community hospital running 14 ORs with a high-volume mixed case load.

Job Details

• Work in a non-trauma designated community hospital OR setting with 14 operating rooms,

• Average case volume of 35-40 cases per day,

• Mix of outpatient and inpatient surgical cases,

• Primary specialties include General, GYN, Plastics, Orthopedics, and Bariatrics,

• Patient population spans pediatric, adult, and geriatric ages,

• Day shift: 07:00-19:30,

• On-call requirement: 4 calls per 6-week schedule (2 weekdays and 2 independent weekend days/nights per 6 weeks),

Job Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in an acute care setting,

• Vascular OR experience is required,

• Preferred specialty experience in Ortho, Vascular, Robotics, and Plastics,

• Scrub experience is a plus but not required,

• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address,

• Driver's License required for consideration,

• Two professional references required for consideration,

• Full SSN and full date of birth required for consideration,
