LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (Direct Care)
- $6,000 FT Sign On Bonus
- $3,250 PT Sign On Bonus
- Shift Differential & Weekend Differential Rates

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

- Administer Medications:
Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications. - Wound/Skin Care:
Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings. - Monitoring:
Observe physical and mental health status, track changes & analyze data. - Clinical Procedure:
Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc. - Care Planning:
Assist in executing individualized care. - Collaboration:
Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others. - Family & Resident
Education:
Explain health status, changes and expectations for care. - Documentation:
Keep detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions. - Team Oversight:
Oversee & delegate CNAs ensuring quality care & teamwork.
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
- Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
