Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)

Baltimore, MD

Salary Range: $18.00 to $23.25 per hour (pay based on experience)

Retention Bonus: Full-Time:
Up to $5,000
Part-Time:
Up to $3,000 (available through June 30, 2026)

Shift Availability:
Full‑Time Evening, Part‑Time Evening, PRN

What will I do as a GNA?

• Provide day‑to‑day direct care to residents and patients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in line with federal, state, local standards and Keswick’s nursing care standards.
• Compassionately support residents and patients in maintaining or attaining the highest practical level of functioning.

What is required for this position?

• Current and valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
