What You’ll Do- Lead from the front – mentor and develop the Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team while serving as a visible, hands‑on clinical leader.
- Shape the culture – foster an environment rooted in psychological safety, accountability, and clinical excellence.
- Drive operations – oversee staffing, workflows, and daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and fiscal stewardship.
- Champion quality & compliance – ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals while leading performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop your team – coach, evaluate, and elevate RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, promoting growth and internal mobility.
- Collaborate across disciplines – partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to deliver seamless, patient‑centered care.
- Graduated from a CCNE‑accredited nursing program.
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- 5–7 years of nursing experience in LTC, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation.
- At least 2 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory role.
- Active Maryland RN license.
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association).
- Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care.
