We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

• Administer Medications:
  Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care:
  Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring:
  Observe physical and mental health status—track changes and analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure:
  Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc.
• Care Planning:
  Assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration:
  
  Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident
  
  Education:
  
  Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation:
  Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight:
  Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork.

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
