Verum Cutis Dermatology (VCD) is a private dermatology and aesthetics practice in Leesburg, VA, committed to delivering compassionate, quality care in a collaborative and supportive work environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations and support our outstanding team.

The Practice Manager serves as the operational backbone of the practice, working closely with the physician owner to ensure smooth day‑to‑day function, staff cohesion, and an exceptional patient experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in building efficient, positive workplaces.

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations
• Manage, mentor, and support front and back office staff
• Handle patient escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Process payroll and manage HR functions including hiring and onboarding
• Coordinate with billing and insurance vendors
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and license renewals
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met
• Support financial reporting and expense management
• Serve as a liaison between staff and physician leadership

• 2+ years of medical or dermatology practice management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in EHR systems and medical billing concepts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
