Location:
Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living. Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN). The RN promotes, restores, and maintains residents’ health and wellbeing by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN’s primary role is to provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families. We are seeking an experienced RN to support our Assisted Living / Skilled Nursing settings in a part‑time day shift opening.
$41.00 - $44.00 per hour based on experience.

- Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing the resident first.
- Perform all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice.
- Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents/families to understand a resident’s condition, medication, and self‑care skills.
- Monitor resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes and act to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Work alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed.
- Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care to meet the resident’s clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in the electronic medical record.
- Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
- Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager.
- Active RN license in the State of Maryland.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
- Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, internet, and web applications.
- Experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
- CPR certification required.
