Department:

Working Hours:
Salary. This role will be authorized 80.00 hours bi‑weekly.
In a patient focused care environment, the Case Manager/UR Nurse/Liaison is responsible for organizing, maintaining, implementing, and evaluating systems for expediting patient pre‑admission evaluation and follow‑up for admission to Baptist Health Post Acute Services. The coordinator also assists Social Work submit clinical information to Insurance Companies for continued stay approval and effectively manages departmental functions in a cost‑effective manner.
Qualifications- Graduate of a legally approved school/College of Nursing.
- Current Arkansas RN licensure.
- BSN preferred; MSN preferred.
- At least 1‑3 years RN experience; minimum 1 year management experience preferably in Nurse Liaison or Case Management.
