Persistent pelvic pain is common and affects 25% of women of reproductive age. Most of our patient population suffer from underlying gynecological issues, with endometriosis being the most prevalent chronic disease, affecting one in nine women and presenting with pelvic pain and infertility.

As a Nurse Practitioner at PRM, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to patients experiencing chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis. Our proprietary ultrasound‑guided procedural protocol is at the core of our treatment methodology, and you will receive comprehensive training to perform this office‑based procedure with confidence and expertise. Working alongside a team of top gynecologists from across the country, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from leaders in the field, further enhancing your skills and knowledge in women’s health.

• Seeking a Women’s Health APRN, Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner, or provider with injection experience and fertility background
• Family Practice APRN with experience in Women’s Health
• Participate in PRM’s proprietary ultrasound‑guided procedural protocol to treat pelvic pain and pelvic floor muscle dysfunction
• Receive comprehensive training for the simple office‑based procedure
• Work with a team of top endometriosis specialists across the country
• Apply a multimodal, interdisciplinary, non‑opioid functional restorative approach
• Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to guidelines provided by the practice
• Other duties as assigned

• 30+ providers trained nationally over the past 3 years

3 days per week, 8‑hour workday, no call or weekends

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Women’s Health NP or Family NP
• APRN with full licensure and prescriptive authorization
• DEA License
• 3+ years NP experience
• General Women’s Health experience required – IUD placements, pelvic examinations, etc.

• 3–5 years experience in Women’s Health/GYN
