Part‑time, 24 hrs/week. Shift: day or night; schedule varies. Sign‑on bonus up to $6,000. Hourly range $37.15–$57.58, based on experience.
As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and families.
ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care in multiple units and specialties. Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, and care plans. Support interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements- Critical Care experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in 2+ departments.
- Bachelor's level knowledge in nursing.
- Valid Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Current NRP for WICU, M/B L&D.
- PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, CDCR.
Float Pool staff follow a 6‑week schedule with a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days required. Eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations are met.
