Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
