Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse – Pediatrics / PICU delivers evidence-based, family-centered care to pediatric and adolescent patients requiring both medical and intensive care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric and critical-care patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and support patients' families throughout hospitalization and discharge.
Qualifications
- Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required. - Licensure:
Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
Certifications:
- BLS – American Heart Association required
- PALS required within 6 months of hire
- Oncology certification required within 1 year of hire
