Position Title
Nurse Education Program Adjunct Faculty Pool
Job Summary- Require an unencumbered professional nursing license in Maryland or NLC Compact state.
- Have excellent subject matter expertise with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Supervise nursing students in the clinical and laboratory setting with support from nursing faculty and staff.
- Evaluate and provide documented feedback to students on levels of performance based on course and clinical objectives.
- Plan clinical experiences with nursing faculty and communicate remediation needs with faculty and lab staff.
- Provide direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering nursing care to an individual or group of clients/patients.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (master's degree preferred).
- At least two years of professional experience within the last five years in the area of instruction as a registered nurse.
- Pre‑employment criminal background investigation is a condition of employment.
- Eligible to work in the United States; must reside in states contiguous to Maryland (Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC, Pennsylvania) or be willing to relocate to the commuting area.
