Per Diem Registered Nurse; RN

Luxcur Medstaff Agency is seeking versatile and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. You will provide high-quality patient care through supplemental staffing assignments in a variety of professional settings, which may include long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics. Work schedules may vary based on client needs and facility requirements. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to maintaining clinical excellence regardless of the setting.

Multiple Client Sites – Maryland (Assignments vary by availability)

• Provide safe, evidence‑based nursing care in accordance with client facility protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, identify care needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with provider orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Advocate for patient safety, rights, and quality care.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to meet assignment needs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).

Licensure: Current, unrestricted Maryland RN License or multi‑state compact license.

Certifications: Active CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association. Specialty certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus and may be required for certain assignments.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.

Skills: Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new clinical software and facility workflows.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift or reposition patients, and perform duties in fast‑paced healthcare environments.

Flexibility: Scheduling options include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts based on availability and client needs.

Competitive Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, clinical specialty, and assignment location.

Bi‑weekly Pay: Fast and reliable biweekly direct deposit through the Rippling payroll platform.
