Job Title
Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA-I) at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Shift Opportunities- 7am-3pm:
Full-Time - 3pm-11pm:
Full-Time - 11pm-7am:
Part-Time
$17.50 - $20/hour (all inclusive). Same-Day Pay.
Responsibilities- Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
- Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
- Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
- Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) certification in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
