Working Hours:

40 hours/week

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 hour days 8am-4:30pm Provides professional development assessments, solutions, and evaluations for the Outpatient Ambulatory Certified Medical Assistants and Nurses. In this role, the individual will do educational onboarding across multiple clinics, will conduct annual competencies, policy development and oversight, and collaborating with the other educator ducts and disseminates evidence-based best practices across the system to enhance patient and family-centered care.

Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates educational programs using adult learning principles to foster continuous professional development and excellence in practice.

Qualifications

  • MSN required - applicants who have matriculated into an MSN program may be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years' recent nursing experience required
  • MD or compact RN license required at time of hire
  • CPR certification required

Salary Range:
Minimum 47.96/hour - Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
