Salary DisclosureThe salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives are offered separately. All employment offers consider overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications, and training.
Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice is within State and Federal guidelines.
- Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to the documented nursing plans.
- Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans is met.
- Implement physician orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
- Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of Future Care’s nursing facility.
- Active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility is a plus.
- Current CPR license required.
- Competitive salary $36.00‑$44.00/hr and shift differentials.
