** As a Registered Nurse/LPN Supervisor on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and attention, while also maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
** Responsibilities*
* * Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent patient care
* Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the Director of Nursing
* Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to consistently improve care and services
