Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is the internal staffing agency for the Johns Hopkins Health System and partner hospitals, providing temporary support to a variety of the Johns Hopkins locations. Intrastaff Med/Surg RNs can work at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bayview Medical Center, or Howard County Medical Center. There are no holiday or weekend commitments for PRN at $55/hr contracts are also available at $60/hr.

• Facilitate and coordinate care by providing evidence‑based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.
• Provide direction to and manage other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Work collaboratively with and provide leadership for a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
• Participate in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that support, protect, and promote areas of specialty.
• Implement initiatives in areas of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Foster a clinical environment of service excellence.

• Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience.
