Medical Renal Dialysis Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Grace Medical Center – Dialysis

Sign‑On Bonus Potential: $10,000.00

Full‑time (Day shift) – 10‑hour shifts, 5:30 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday; weekend commitment required.

• Provide clinical direction to staff members and deliver patient care in adherence to Grace Medical Center policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as OSHA, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Care for a variety of increasingly complex end‑stage renal disease patients, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff and students.

• Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure as applicable).
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, including at least twelve (12) months of care in medical/surgical, critical care, or emergency care settings.
• Completed the water‑treatment system training program approved by the Medical Director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the system.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and functional proficiency with Grace Medical Center’s specific application within 60 days of employment.
• Excellent communication, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
