Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties. The Float Pool serves as a supplemental staffing pool used when unit staffing is insufficient. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, and all nurses are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder and committees.

• Provide safe, age‑appropriate patient care.
• Function as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

• Telemetry experience required.
• Peds/PICU/NICU experience required.
• RN license in Maryland or an applicable Compact State.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Pediatric or Neonatal.

• Follow a 6‑week schedule with weekend obligations of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days.
• Eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations are met.

• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
