Position Overview
This position offers a sign‑on bonus potential of up to $10,000 and is based in Baltimore, MD, at a hospital's Neonatology department. It is a full‑time role requiring rotating day/night shifts, including weekends, with a salary range of $37.15-$57.58/hour based on experience.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse in the Children’s Services NICU, you will provide safe, compassionate, age‑appropriate care to neonates and their families. Deliver direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and apply critical thinking in high‑acuity situations.
Requirements- Associate’s degree or diploma in Nursing
- Maryland RN licensure
- BLS certification
- NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. within 6 months
- Minimum of 2 years NICU experience
