Travel RN - GI​/Endoscopy

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy (Endo Prep/PACU) position at a large academic medical center in Maryland, requiring PACU experience and Epic proficiency.

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of current RN experience required
• PACU experience required
• Dysrhythmia management experience required
• Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• ACLS certification preferred
• ICU experience preferred
• Critical Care Certification preferred
• Trauma course completion preferred
• IV access/certification preferred (for Prep area)
• Prior travel assignment experience preferred (1–2 assignments)
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration
• Active RN licensure documentation required for consideration

• Hospital-based Endoscopy unit, specifically Endo Prep and PACU setting
• Provides pre- and post-procedural care for adult patients
• Day shift, 10-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
• No floating requirements
• Uses Epic EMR (Optime role)
• Perform pre- and post-procedural nursing care for adult endoscopy patients
• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
