The Johns Hopkins Pain Treatment Center Ambulatory Clinic (JHOC) Adults.
Experience:
2 years RN experience; BLS; ACLS.
Preferred:
Ambulatory experience, Moderate Sedation experience, Epic, previous travel experience.
Must be very proficient at IV insertions. Nurses must have peripheral intravenous insertion skills, peripheral blood drawing skills. Nurses must be proficient in accessing, maintaining, and de-accessing central lines, and have assessment skills for a variety of medical conditions with ability to provide ongoing patient education.
RN will continually monitor patients throughout their treatment and intervene rapidly in emergent situations. The center provides a relaxed setting for patient-focused care in a supportive environment. Patients are released to home at the end of their procedure.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. (5) 8-hour shift; M-F, no weekends, no holidays. Must have ACLS. Moderate Sedation.
