Summary
A registered nurse at Baptist Health is accountable for utilizing the nursing process and training provided by Baptist Health to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. - Working hours:
7pm - 7am - Authorized hours: 72.00 hours bi‑weekly
Apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain quality standards, and support patient outcomes.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, licensed to practice in Arkansas.
- New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or BSN preferred.
- Healthcare CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required depending on unit.
- Ability to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
- Specialty education provided for specific units.
